About the Course
When wildlife is found injured or unwell, the first few moments matter. This practical, vet-led workshop is designed to give you the confidence and skills to assess, stabilise, and respond appropriately in those critical early stages.
Over three hours, you’ll be guided through the essentials of wildlife first aid and triage, including how to safely handle animals, recognise common injuries and conditions, and make informed decisions about next steps. Whether you’re new to wildlife care or looking to strengthen your foundations, this session will provide clear, practical guidance you can apply in real-life situations.
All participants will receive a comprehensive training manual to support your learning during the workshop and to refer back to afterwards.
This is a hands-on, supportive learning environment where questions are encouraged and real-world scenarios are explored.
